Hayden is known throughout Europe for his micro-tonal saxophone technique, as well as his performative readings of Finnegans Wake. He will be the “Improviser in Residence” for this year’s Avant Moers Festival
Hayden’s contribution to the Waywords and Meansigns project was recorded by Robert Nacken at Nucamusic Studios in Cologne and by Hayden Chisholm in the Moers Residence house, and at Sant Vicenc beach in Mallorca.
